Diana will be an advisor and advocate during the entire home buying process, giving her personal cell number to all clients. She is available 7 days a week and will return all calls the same day. Buyers will speak directly with Diana and not the office or an assistant.
Diana will take time to uncover the buyer’s needs and wants, as well as what’s motivating buyers purchase. She’ll ask important questions such as: price range, location, wish list & must haves. Diana will find a way for buyers to attain as many of their needs as possible when dealing with the realities of the market place and/or specific financial constraints. She will research homes in the area and sort through active listings. Along the way she’ll email the buyer the listings, letting the buyers pick the homes of interest.
Diana will educate the buyer on current market conditions, and email the buyer all listings that fit their criteria. She’ll also give the buyer information about the community to help them decide if the community is right for the buyer. Diana holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which is very important when working with buyers looking to settle in a retirement community.
Diana holds the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), which helps Diana handle the ins and outs of the negotiation process. This includes the preparation of all necessary forms when making an offer and/or counter offer.
Diana will provide the buyer with a list of home inspectors and make sure to stay within the contract dates. She will go over the home inspection report with the buyer and get any repair request back to the seller’s agent.
Diana will make sure the buyer has the HOA documents before closing, so that the buyer may review and accept them.
Diana will be present at closing, and will follow up with the buyer several times after closing. She will be there if the buyer needs anything after closing.
