Diana had a 2nd home in the Myrtle Beach, SC. Her husband had retired and wanted to make Myrtle Beach home. Diana decided to obtain her South Carolina Real Estate license and join a RE/MAX family in South Carolina. Diana again found herself working two jobs. Diana had so many clients in Pennsylvania that she loved and always worked so hard to get their dream a reality. Diana was dedicated to her clients in Pennsylvania, so her plan was to continue to sell Real Estate in both states. Diana found it challenging and hard to be in two places at once. Having an assistance in Pennsylvania did help but Diana found that the clients were not getting the service she promised.

Diana found that it was not easy to sell real estate from two states, still having a great business in Pennsylvania, Diana found it was hard to build a business in South Carolina not being there full time. Myrtle Beach being a resort, she felt it was really tough getting buyers and sellers. But still 2008 was a good year and Diana was a top agent within her company in Pennsylvania. Diana decided she loved the Myrtle Beach area and wanted to make it her home, so Diana made Myrtle Beach SC her home at the end of 2008, and put her Pennsylvania license in active. Before leaving for the final time Diana made sure all of her clients were turned over to another agent that would treat them the way Diana had in the past.

Diana found that it was not easy to start over, the love of helping people and making their dreams a reality helped her thru a rough year.
