Yes I hold my Senior Real Estate Specialist, helps me to work with buyers and sellers in the 55 plus communities.
How long have you been selling Real Estate?
I started my career in Real Estate in 2001, I am a full time Realtor.
Do you have a marketing plan?
Yes, I explain and give a copy of my marketing plan to sellers when speaking about listing a home.
Are you available 7 days a week?
Yes I work around my clients’ schedule.
Do you hold open houses?
Yes, anytime my sellers want an open house I will hold one.
Do you return calls or will I hear from your assistance or your office?
NO, I will always return your call, you will only hear from me.
Do I get my keys at closing?
No keys are giving to the buyers after the deed has been recorded in the courthouse.
Do you attend the closing with me?
Yes, I always attend my clients closing. I also try to go over the HUD before we get to the closing table in case there are mistakes.
If looking to purchase a new construction, can you by my buyer agent?
Yes, I hold my CNHS (Certified New Home Sales) which helps me to understand new construction & negotiate with builders.
As a seller do I get my proceeds at the closing table?
No, the attorney cannot disburse funds until the deed has been recorded in the courthouse.
If I have a question after closing will you be there?
Yes I always tell my clients if you have any questions or problems after closing call me. I will always be there to help any way I can.
